Night audit convenience was designed extensively. Night audit is mandatory and it allows to control the operations performed during the day completely. You need to end and close the operations of the finalized day by making night audit to move to the operations of the next day. The days not processed with night audit are processed as a priority in the night audit operation.
01-How to make night audit?
All reservation conflicts are controlled and listed to let the user process on them.
For example, awaiting check-outs during the day are listed to, extend the duration
of stay or to check out. Check outs and non-used booking status can automatically
be arranged (or manually). Room fees, additional fees not included in the package,
extra services are approved and accounted in this section. Housekeeping settings
are changed according to the use of a room and predetermined hotel policy. You can
arrange the status of a checked-out room as set on the management console. The active
date of the day turns to the following day and the account of that day is locked.
Night audit; reports regarding day to summarize the operations during the day and
the collections made from these are prepared.
